Usage: For brown bread improver with malt aroma.
- Excellent, natural and healthy taste; being delivered from special quality of barley seeds which are washed, dried, caramelized, roasted, then grinded to reach fine particles.
- It combines natural aroma with natural dark brown color.
- Suitable to be added to all types of brown bread (loaf), brown snacks, or brown biscuits.
- Can be added to all types of white flour with different dosage depending on the degree of natural brown color requested, since it's a combination of Aromalt Fine and highly quality bread improver, resulting in brown bread with high volume and soft texture.
Recipe: Added 5% to flour weight.
Packing: Multilayer paper bags 10 Kg or 25 Kg.
Storage Condition: Keep in cool and dry place away from direct sun light (below 20° C).
Validity: Valid for 1 year from production date under the right storage conditions
