- Multipurpose bread improver suitable for all types of bread and morning Rolls.
- Improves tolerance of dough and increases its elasticity.
- Thin crispy crust, nice crust color, enhanced flavor and crumb texture.
- Being based on enzymes, it could be added in various dosages from 0.3-1% on flour weight based on the flour strength available.
- Only improves shelf life up to maximum three days.
- Based on multiple enzymes.
Recipe: Added 0.5-1.5 % to flour weight depending on type of bread.
Packing: Multilayer paper bags 10 Kg or 25 Kg.
Storage Condition: Keep in cool and dry place away from direct sun light (below 20° C).
Validity: Valid for 1 year from production date under the right storage conditions.
Super Gamma M:
M stands for malt inhibitor which gives the end-product prolonged shelf life up to seven days.
Suitable for all types of bread which results in reduction of end-product returns.
